you just don't choose the right file to start the game because joiplay work greatly with html file than the exe. Start soo joiplay work for certain game with built mostly by HTML but not unity or other companies

Would be possible but you'll need a higher like fps to play depending how old the phone is or whatever the graphics and animation it can take

damn lucky that would be frustrating starting all over again

You can save because joiplay has the escape button and the joystick to just select save but also I recommend the Patreon version because he won't update the play store or app store version 

No problem but also be warned that it take another app to run it, like a upgrade pack
