Downloaded and tried the HTML - page came up but pressing on the menu items didn't do anything. Would be easier if it was uploaded as a web embed.

Couldn't find anyone to play with a starting a public game didn't allow me to actually click "Start Game"

Very hard, played it a few times and started remembering the patterns ;) Maybe randomise the position of the glyphs? 

Enjoyed this one. Feels like I should be able to move - but I can see that might make it more about dodging than positioning the shields.

Nice! Very cool retro feel.
