Yeah actually I would love some sort of "NPC Creator Tool" either as a built-in aspect of the mod menu or a secondary widget that helped automate a lot of the process of building new NPCs into a downloadable mod. I'm sure that would be a pretty significant departure in terms of the road-map though so I don't expect a feature like that any time soon, if at all. Unless an extremely competent and generous mod-maker wants to make a third party tool for that themselves lol.

Enable mod browser in the settings, then relaunch the game. You will be able to browse mods before starting the game then.

If you enable the mod launcher in the settings you can browse the current available premade mods.
