He indeed was ridiculous but his powers where also a bad match against Eisheth since were focus only in physical strikes like his partner 

Bernhardt was more ............. specialized to say the least and according to him, the SERUM had flaws when is on level 5, since All artificial level 5 are nowhere near as powerful as the only 3 natural evolved, yet possibly more tactical 

I thinking the 1.1 it's because it's extremely compressed that may affect the quality a little, so you can download it faster.

But it's almost the same when you unload it, I recommend the 14 gb
