Yes you can use them in commercial game. They are in old folder cause I remade houses and buildings and just moved previous sprites to that "Old" folder but kept them available in case someone like the previous version more :)

Hello, I'm the creator of the assets you have used in your project. I don't have anything against you publishing your game on itch but TCC_Project_Files.zip file has my assets inside and thats infringement of the license you agreed upon buying and using Cute Fantasy Assets.

Please remove assets from the file or the file in its entirety. Otherwise I will have to take action and file a DMCA notice.

Hopefully we can resolve this in a friendly manner.

Yes you can. Check the license for more info what you can do and what you can't but with premium license you can do pretty much anything.

I'm not sure what do you mean. For these assets I use pallete edg64 as a base. You would need to open it up in program like aseprite/photoshop and recolor them yourself if you want to change pallete

Yes, in fact there is some interiors already in pack but I want to make a lot more furniture and floors and walls etc. If you want to commission some assets write to me on discord.

I have no idea! I make those when a good theme hit my mind but I'm open for ideas. I would love to make this series more "exotic"? I mean by that that I don't want to make the same old boring biomes like desert, or swamp but more like that coral reef, echanted forest etc. So if you have some ideas I would love to hear them.

Unfortunatelly no, You would get updates to the packs you already bought but any new releases you would need to buy separately.

I'm from Poland :) I use a lot of different palletes. Depending on the project but for Cute Fantasy I use Endesga 64

They are 32x32

There are 3 bats, skeletons (archer and normal), charred skeleton, raptor and crystal turtle.

Most have idle, run, attack, hit and death animations.

3.99 is without discount. If you buy it for 2.99 its tootaly fine and license is the same.

Sorry, as the license says: Assets can't be redistributed even if modified. You can make a game with it and publich it but letting people download them for free (even the free version) would be a violation of said license. So please don't do it. You can always redirect them to download the assets from here.

You can use the paid pack in any commercial project just try to avoid NFTs and crypto and there won't be any problems.
