this is an Itch.io forum though...your support will not help me, i emailed 3 times in past week and not even a courtesy reply....just total ignore.

yes it really does suck, not only am I out $360.00 I also had to go through whole process and take a day from work just to get my account unfrozen and a new card issued. Maybe itchio is a great platform, but one of the AMAZING employees either used my card info for themselves or sold it to someone else...if it happened to me, how many others has it happened to?

how many others have posted similar just to get swept under the carpet ?

I made the purchase of this game, thought why not, get the walkthrough even...well brand new Credit card, never used except here, hours later i get fraud alert telling me someone was using MY CARD at some online sports betting site to the tune of $360.00CA site called bet 365

I tried to give benefit of the doubt and contact support with it all....NO REPLY....NO SURPRISE
