I'm so happy you enjoyed!! I was worried about the puzzle as I don't have much experience making them at all, so I'm glad working out the solution was an enjoyable process, even if it might have required a bit. Thank you for your comment; it made my day. 

Sorry you're having trouble, but glad you made a bunch of attempts! Keep an eye on how the status of the same volunteer looks after each test to see if there's anything else you can use. Leaving instead of just testing more will bring in somebody new.
