Yes. I just tested it on Gentoo with Kron4ek's Wine 10.12-ntsync-wow64 build. I used Lutris, just added an already installed game, pointed it to Spellbreak.exe in the root of the extracted files and played the game.

Please don't spew uninformed lies. Wine is a compatibility layer for Windows executables and the community version of Spellbreak runs through Wine on Linux.
