Love the game, had quite a few issues with things like the looping sound, the rng and a lack of polish (screenshake and a sound effect when dice collide would've done wonders!) otherwise, great game.
Thanks for the feedback means a ton! Yeah sorry about the unbalanced early game fights, the intention was to force players to catch more creatures, but at the same time not everyone needs to lol. Also yeah the placeholder thing was intentional lol.

really loved this one, never managed to get used to the controls but I still really enjoyed myself, the art is amazing, except for the thumbnail having the character look like they have lips, it really hurt to give such a low rating on narrative because there is none, but otherwise, everything was atleast 3+, once again really enjoyed this one.

All those bugs are noted and will 100% be fixed once the jam is over, I am also really glad you found the game funny, so much went into the writing! I did geniunely read everything you said btw , I also forgot the cat dude's name, I think it was spotty kins but I dont know if I'm willing to check right now lol! both can be solved by pressing Z, please read the banner at the top and the controls before commenting its really annoying when I see someone just blatantly ignore everything!
really cool and well executed, loved playing it, only issue is with the animations being linear and not cubic or back or something lmao, but otherwise its awesome!
