Hey, sorry for the late reply, lets get through it again. And don't feel bad, ok?
So first, uninstall the game completly,
then go to your AppData folder "C:\Users\"YOURUSERNAME"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy"
delete your AndromedaSix-(numbers) folder 
now reinstall the game and run it. It should work, hopefully.

Found a soultion! Reinstall the game, delete the same folder and now it should work.
Edit: grammar again...

Hm, just tried it myself and it didn't work. Sorry for the wrong info...

Edit: After uninstalling and reinstalling the game and deleting the folder in "%appdata%" it works. 

Not a stupid question at all, took me awhile to find this myself. On windows 10 is quite simple just search "%appdata%" (yes with the percent symbols), and it should find the right folder, otherwise in the explorer "address" bar, type the same thing and click enter. You will find your self in the "roaming" folder, there just scroll down till you find the "RenPy" folder, open said folder and then just delete the "AndromedaSix" folder. And your done. Hope this helps, if not feel free to reply.
