Loved the game back a while ago when i finished it. But my biggest thing was that there were no scene audio like moans and etc. Are there now?

will there be a voice/sounds for the main character added? rn during any scene there is just like a slapping noise or sloshing noise. Things like moans, etc. would add a lot to the game for me.
also, awesome game! I've played though a few times in different versions and have enjoyed it a lot!
