Oh, that's interesting. Someone else also had the game hang after a while. As mentioned in that comment, I'll go look through the code and give the game a proper testing itself. Will update the build id and when I find what's causing the crashing!

Also the background definitely could've been better, I agree. Initially I'd have the camera drag behind the player, but that makes the shooting feel weird so I increased the cam speed to make it snapping to the player instead.

Thank you again for playing and the feedback!

Ohh, that's am interesting bug, I'll go look it through since there's no reason bullet enemies would collide with enemies. Everything runs as a sensor / trigger and the collision matrix I've set does not allow for Bullet / Bullet-Enemy groups.

Regardless, Thanks for playing and reviewing it! I'll check it out and update the game if I find out why it happens xD

Oh, okay honestly, I didn't even notice there was a dice mechanic. I saw it rumble at the edge of my screen and thought I was tripping. I saw it but didn't think it did anything for the game ><

I agree here ^

I actually didn't realize it was something of rock paper scissors until I just started clicking randomly. It's pretty hard to tell what's going on though, maybe if it were slightly higher resolution in terms of the pixel art, would've helped.

Game could be better balanced if you used state machines and cooldowns to establish the special move that life-steals (biting), was initially unaware of the bite and saw the deficit of hp gain to kill rate. Otherwise it was a good game, just could use more game balance in the design front.

I'm pretty sure there's a lot more nuance to blackjack in terms of how the card values are interpreted; I got 3 Aces and an 8, and I busted at 29 when I was supposed to be at 11. It's also a challenge to not know what's under the first card and I'm not exactly the biggest fan of that idea.

Very well rounded game, I appreciate the levels with progressively increasing difficulty and I'd hope that you can find time to include some hit effects / ux in this, it'll make for a relatively decent piece

I'd say it's not a bad start. Wish you would've focused a little more on the gameplay of the folks running from businessmen advertisers like how people do on the streets, but otherwise not too shabby.

I only got "Go North" twice, and that's about as far as I got. Not very intuitive. I started with "North" as my command, but it seems that the console-themed styled didn't quite land.
