How DARE you be THIS funny in under twenty-three minutes?!

seriously tho loved the story

yaaaay it works now!

Apologies for the hassle and also thank you for your efforts!

Gonna go read this on my way to work now~

file size fixed but DRM error still happening

10MB for an epub file seems really large?

I noticed this after my text reader app - which is, to be clear, pre-LLM software - failed to open it, complaining about DRM, an issue that did not occur with any other title in STWL Presrnts: Story Blossoms.

Please help me to be able to read your title!

Lovely story, a joy to read… but a point of order that needs correction!!! — this epub lacks everything but the story, most critical of which being IT LACKS A BYLINE - IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE AUTHOR’S NAME!!!!

(Also missing: the cover, any sort of TOC, Index, dedication, or About The Author that it may have been meant to have.)

So, when is part two due out?

This was good(!), but I need more.

thanks kindly! Looking forward to reading it tonight!
EDIT: I read the story to my girlfriend during our date tonight and we both had a blast

Totally by coincidence, MinniBrie is a new favorite ship.

weird, the downloads page just says “nothing is available to download yet”?

This one grabbed me unexpectedly and pulled me inexorably through binging it cover to cover.

The “A Death’s Harbor Romance” subtitle compels me to ask if that is an established series or setting, and if so, where might I find more?

Especially if that more involves our fair lady Donna, her sister, Her Warden, or his sister… but even if it’s just a shared setting, I’d love to experience more of it!

Loved the story! Very glad it went the way it did, and hoping Chrissie can escape the closet before the Bulwark’s next story begins!

aaaaaaa yaaaaay!

looking forward to it, whensoever it happens!

not to sound impatient but am curious where things stand with this project / if there is any sort of ballpark ETA for more becoming available. No rush! Just if there is any sorta roadmap to share.

1) You should not be ashamed of them. Not even a tiny bit. Even if you don’t think they’re any good, they are a part of the path you took on your way to where you are now.

2) you could make another account to publish them on and just link it. Something like “OldStuffByTotallyNotAmaty”

Please consider offering your completed stories here on itch.io as well as on Scribblehub? SH is great but it’s also nice to be able to read stories offline and/or using one’s preferred ereader apps — and it can be a way for your reader to provide some financial support, too!

As an aside -- missed portmanteau opportunity, you coulda called this the "The Haremisode"

You did not make a mistake. You made a choice, and it had tradeoffs. Acting out of compassion often does. I think it's worth doing anyways.

hey, that rocks! You rock!

Are parts two and three planned to be in future similar bundles?

(Haven’t read this one yet - haven’t had time to since I just got the bundle - but the “Part 1” stood out)

Have fun I did! While you raised the stakes in the back half of the book, many questions still remain, and I’m enjoying the journey along the way!

Very looking forward to the next volume, albeit with such patience as is necessary for any story worth the reading.

looking forward to reading this, the first two volumes are great!

As I'm not seeing one here, and as someone who has enjoyed these bundles for a while now, am wondering if you ever received a response from QGB regarding this matter?

You know it's a good story when the worst thing you can say about it is that volume 02 is not yet released to begin *immediately* reading after this one.

It's great.

Hey, I just want to check and make sure -- is this story intended to begin with the chapter titled "Episode 12", and there are no Episodes One through Eleven for one to be missing? Or are they meant to be here, but are missing, or were they available somewhere outside of this book?
(It's fine if it's the first case, I just want to make certain I'm not starting partway through the story.)

so, like a GENIUS, I blithely went right past the CWs to binge COOL MECHA STORY from a PRIDE MONTH BUNDLE. No regrets but it was definitely not my wisest choice.

Some of the elements the story involves push at the edges of my comfort zones, but it hasn’t truly exceeded them, which is pretty , I think, perfect for exploring those limits of one’s comfort zones, especially in the absence of a safe and practical way to do so offline.

plus, y’know, mecha! What’s not to love?

A lovely story with some great situational hilarity about a cursed kid who hasn’t got gender identity figured out yet, and the kind stranger met at the start of college. More than worth the price of admission!

Wow, this is not the place where I thought I would learn about a neat trick like renaming a .pdf to .zip being useful. Cool!

Isn't this the sort of thing that might be able to be done through a subsequent crowdfunding campaign? I swear I've seen more than one backer-funded reprint campaign...

(Which is not to say that sort of thing can just be done without its own nontrivial chunk of time and effort, mind! But I think it'd likely be less of a hill to climb than the cost of ordering another print run yourselves, without having some similar form of preorders already lined up to guarantee it'll pay off.)

I loved it! Looking forward to more, when it’s ready.

I loved reading this!

Somehow have lost track of when I picked this up and read it (I *think* it was in a bundle in 2020?) but this turned me on to the Troubleverse, and Ashlyn and her partner's other stories.

100% worth your time to read!

Secret Little Haven is the first entry in the new mental list "Games I have recommended to my therapist".

thank you both for giving such care to your work, and letting us know what changed.

If that should change in the future, I'm sure it will be met with excitement.

No worries either way, but I am wondering if purchasing the game here on itch will also provide a steam key, or if playing on Steam would require a separate purchase (and if there might be any platform-specific differences between the two if so, though that seems unlikely)

or to put it another way: do I need to decide which platform I’ll be getting the game on, or do I not need to pick one or the other?

“not what I was expecting but good on its own merits” is a good energy.

Oh wow, that's delightful!

Hrm. Hadn't realized getting his soulgem did that.
Is there any way to extricate oneself from that to start a different serious relationship?

I loved this. It makes my heart warm.
