Thank you for your kind words! I think it comes down to  the fact that we  all just want to make our lives just a  bit easier while  expressing our desires in a romantic relationship, letting each other express what our ideal relationship would be.

I know that feeling, we chose  to be a mod for the development ease and not having to start from the  ground up. But a standalone has certainly crossed our minds when doing Blind Date. We may still think about it, it  just depends.
