Thank you for trying again and for your feedback!

I tried to give imprtance to the "darkness" mechanic, so I thought that having concentrated attacks, meaning you must quickly find where it comes from. But I get that it makes the game much more difficult, I tried to balance it as best as I could in the last minutes haha

You don't directly attack, you have to produce soldiers in barracks and you can assign them to tiles so they will fight enemies on it

Really liked the mechanic of having to switch between the two modes to either see or slash, very fitting to the theme, good job! It would have been fun to exploit the level's space a bit more, since you can just stay at the same spot and slash left and right, and the platformer part does not seem to be used that much.

Simple concept but nicely executed! Just thought that the music felt a bit out of place and got quickly repetitive haha

Haha yes there is some challenge to beat the game :D

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for your feedback!

I liked the idea of making a very heavy fog of war based game for the theme Darkness, having more pressure to find where you are being attacked!

For the resource system, I wanted to have some situations where you wanted to stock resources to avoid your production buildings being full (thus losing exceeding resources created), but I ran out of time :')  So I agree that it would have been better to pick them automatically with the current state of the game.

The merchant really made me laugh! Knowing they will appear as soon as I spotted the next impossible obstacle, and then the music plays, wondering what they could take away from me this time... Platforming was fun, and I particularly liked the lighting. Well done!

Had a lot of fun, even though the damn bats destroyed me every time. Concept is simple but very effective and nicely executed, well done!

I wish there was more because the concept is really cool, and I got really hyped by the puzzle at the end because I was not expecting it and the execution is well done!

Very good use of both the theme and the limitation, the game is fun and looks really nice! I would have loved something like a boss fight or a big wave at some point. Good job!

Very cute art and nice concept! I played without reading the send resources part but it went just fine even without it. I didn't feel much of a threat when a resource was full or empty, but it was also fun to try to ruin the alliance myself because I wanted to see the end of the game haha.

Cool concept, I managed to survive the horde with 1 remaining defender, this was really intense! None of the neutral villages attacked me after I defeated the enemy village, so this part felt a bit calm and "easy", as I was expecting them to be more unpredictable. But overall this was really fun!

Really liked the platforming while swinging the sword all over the place, the art is simple but looks nice! Bonuses that have downsides is a great idea, but maybe it would make more sense to force the player to take one after each level, otherwise we can just ignore them as it looks easier without any bonuses haha

I really liked the concept and the execution is great! I struggled with the control for a few minutes the same as other people pointed out, but I'm glad I figured it out because it was very fun to play! Very personal, but I would have appreciated a bit more difficulty (or it may be increasing too slowly and I stopped too early). Well done!
