Idk actually, English (100%) will be in the next version of the game. He said so on Patreon. Now we just don't have a stable version of the game. Only 3.2 or smtn like that. In the next version we'll have translation, new areas and fights.
There's no lang change rn, but (as carl said) it will be soon.
