it can be done in two ways, either drop the corpse noxt to altar(by pressing Q) or throw it into altar, while carrying  the item in the secondary hand, by holding rmb
 
Yeah, maybe i went too far with controls.

The sound and visuals are good. The gameplay is pretty fun. Looks like the location is randomly generated which is really cool

Really fun game.  I liked that you can choose from several paths of evolution.
But got a bug: all enemies on the first location got stuck in the spawn position
