Talking 'deep' about the Theater is a bit problematic because of spoilers. The story itself is fairly simple since it devolves about feelings. The reason why it might seem realistic is not that much because characters are realistic, but because the contrast existing between the four protagonists. They are there to create that illusion of realism.
And yeah... many times while writing this I feel it is too harsh. Next update has really harsh stuff, as well as some goofiness as per usual. But it is a psychological fantasy horror after all and I feel it is necessary for the proper development of the story to show the depth of pain inflicted in the characters.
TV references aside. I used to write quite a bit in the F95Zone thread of the game. You can find about insights and some other stuff there.
Briefing. There are 3 seasons.
Season 1 ends with Rebeca meeting Paula. We are pretty close to that.
Season 2 focuses on the "fourth-some" relationship between Paula, Rebeca, Agnes and Olivia (provided Rebeca doesn't kill Paula on-sight), as well as Paula's backstory and eventual redemption.
In Season 3 Olivia becomes playable and the story focus on her backstory and her point of view during most of her interactions and Rebeca redemption.
There are two endings and two bad endings planned, one for Paula, one for Rebeca. It's likely that I will add a third main story line ending but I'll just see where everything is going by then.
There are three dad endings with two epilogues for the dad (basic + extended) which are basically.
- Clara / Dad rush ending (dad misses the meeting / basic epilogue)
- Clara / Dad full ending (both Clara & Dad take actions that lead to it, since they both have to 'accept' it) (it opens both extended, and extended + swinging)
- Clara / Dad Christmas gift. Clara refuses to be blackmail by Veronica and grows to a point she understands herself and can make her own decisions, which depends on her keeping / not keeping the photo.
Additionally the Veronica ending has dad parts. But more centered from the perspective of her sadist persona.
Don't pay attention to the file versions. All links have the same content, one with images at the highest quality and other with images lower quality (compressed version).
Once the story line with Agnes, Paula, Rebeca and Richard finishes (0.3.final in hopefully some weeks from now). The story line Olivia, Paula, Rebeca and Irwin will start (0.4). That will include some "bondage" like scenarios since that is what the Irwin character represents, rage, lack of control and wild instincts.
Sparky is definitely appearing. But its owner is a bit of a weirdo, so the role of Sparky in all this is still a bit fuzzy.
Maybe during the first couple of days when I had to re-upload due to a bug hiding the small "Snow white" introduction. I re-checked now and everything looks fine.
Versions is just me messing up the uploads. All versions are the same, numbers mean nothing.
Compressed here means image compression. The larger ones are webm raw images, without any quality loss, while the compressed ones are webm 0.98 compression rate, which involves slight quality loss.
All screenshots should be available except for the second last from below. I'll fix that. Maybe you are avoiding the "ugly bastard"(s) with your decisions ? Most of the corruption content from Agnes & Paula features ugly bastards.
Hi there. Most people feel the game is short, which indeed is since it is a short story after all, but they don't feel it unfinished. They just wished it was longer.
