Hi everyone!
We are GurtDev, a team of developers from the Czech Republic behind Mindlock. While we are confident in our coding and design skills, we have hit a major roadblock: We are not artists.
To be completely transparent: Development of Mindlock is currently at risk of being paused indefinitely. We have reached a point where the game mechanics work, but we lack the skills to create the necessary visual assets.
We are looking for a passionate Volunteer (Unpaid) to join us and help cross the finish line.
What we strictly need help with:
- 2D Textures (Environment, UI, Items)
- 2D Animations (Sprites, movement, effects)
- We do not need help with coding, sound, or design. Just the visuals.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English (conversational level is fine) or Czech.
- Willingness to work on a free/volunteer basis for an indie project.
If you like the concept of the game and want to see it finished, we would love to hear from you. You will get full credit in the game and a project for your portfolio.
