Demo scenes are created only for Unity. However, each model includes FBX files and textures, so you can import them into Godot and connect the textures.

As mentioned in the description, it includes FBX files with a rig for Mixamo animations.

Applying textures to all models takes only 2 minutes.
For example, in Blender, you apply the texture to one model, then select all models (press A), and use Object > Link/Transfer Data > Link Materials to apply the same material to all selected objects.

The asset called "Low Poly House Interior & Exterior" includes interior models, as well as modular parts (like roofs and more) that let you build your own house. It also comes with a few props to decorate the area around the house.
