i'm not the dev lol, i just saw this comment at the top when i went to leave one myself.

the dev describes it as "Mecha Anime Rivalry" which is a pretty famous manga and anime genre with some rivalry mixed in. since the game is so short, they can't give a long description due to spoilers.

you can always check the "more information" tab and check the tags to get some idea of what to expect btw!

also seeing as the game had 400+ reviews which only reflect a small portion of plays/downloads, i wouldn't say it has been ignored 

it's a short visual novel about an encounter with your rival in space

there is a route/ending where the two of you end up together

replayed this after first playing it 9 months ago and it's still one of my favorites. i love zev, and i love the way you can understand the dynamic between the two of you so well in such a short game. the atmosphere of the game is so amazing, you immediately feel immersed.

if you're on windows you can use win+r, type in: %appdata%/renpy

and then delete the predator's syndrome folder to erase all the data

well they do explain that they were going to take you to the infirmary but that it's being used by someone else. it's a small town!

seeing as tartaglia is a teenager and mc is an adult, that's not gonna happen

it's completely normal for to people to worry about someone they just met, even if they plan to leave. that's a pretty common feeling lol

also it's rather silly to wish to avoid a main section of the game, if the game's not for you that's fair, you're not gonna like everything. but how can there be story if you skip the main events

yes it stops being a choice if it's impossible, but that's the point. being unable to resist even if you try. i personally thought it was a cool mechanic that showcased that quite well.

you've left quite a few rude nitpicky comments on yandere vns the past couple days. having opinions about things is fine, but leaving pushy comments on indie devs trying to make art sucks 

i don't know if you're just young (and if so, remember these games are usually 18+) or if you're just not used to engaging with artists and game developers, but people simply do not have to take your input on their art and projects. lots of indie devs love feedback and criticism, but only if it's actually coming from someone who actually cares about the project. if your replies are all just "i don't like X, why didn't we do Y, please change Z" then maybe these games just aren't for you.

i wouldn't take their comment too much to heart, if you click on their profile, they've left a lot of similarly rude comments on multiple games today.

hello!! i just wanted to say i personally enjoyed the live2d elements. i totally get why you would decide to not use them anymore, but i wanted to make sure you knew they didn't go unappreciated <3 i know you'll decide what's best going forward, and i'll still love your games without them

the donations are optional, no one is being forced to give them money. also in this case it's not really a demo or  the full game, it's just the first chapter. a lot of itchio games release in parts. it makes it easier on the dev teams while also allowing players shorter wait times for playing than just demo to full game

hello! love what i've played so far, though i've noticed two things:
1- i don't have access to day 2 even though i just paid and started a fresh download
2- there seems to be a bug that makes the game crash if you try to enter your room on day one when you first get home. the crash report says:

" I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.
While running game code:
  File "game/script.rpy", line 609, in script
    call screen hallway
ScriptError: could not find label 'No'. "

loved this demo!! i also want to say as a gnc trans man , the ability to have masc pronouns with a traditionally female body was a surprising and really nice touch. <3

This was so much fun!! i love all the characters (especially arlecchino and pierrot) so much! i've found a couple of the easter eggs and i'm having a lot of fun trying to find more. can't wait to see what more comes of this game. good luck with future updates!!! <3

THIS WAS SO GOOD yanderes essentially competing with each other isn't explored enough imo, and them having different motivations and behaviors really makes this stand out.
