i actually did experiment with this idea haha, but i couldnt get it working properly, it ended up resetting the rat positions, i.e., if 10 of the rats on the top of the circle were hit, than it would recalculate positions to correct, which would end up in ALL your rats dying. in the future, i definitely plan to look back into this idea!
very understandable !! in future versions i'll likely keep it, but make it more apparent when cheese is rotten and reduce the time being slow to something like 1-3 seconds instead, so its still annoying, but far less punishing, thanks for the feedback!!
it's super !! could definitely do with some difficulty changes , it was rather easy which made a little less fun to play, but still a blast, and the arts wonderful!! also, the audio is a bit bland, some more sfx could definitely make the experience a lot more ....... fluid? hopefully that makes sense, wonderful game!
