If it's what would help you realise your vision better, I'm all for the transition. A limited engine will harm both the quality of the game and the passion that you can put into it, so switching to something that's better adapted is definitely the right choice.

I'm simply wondering, if you do switch over to Godot, will the beta still be released on Ren'py or will we need to wait for the port to happen to play it?

Thank you for the communication, I'm perfectly fine with waiting as long as required since this game is one of the best I've played. Pretty much everything will have delays, especially for games so it's completely normal for things to not go as planned, but you can understand it was a bit worrisome for us. Take all the time you need, I'll wait as long as I need to

There's been zero information or posts for over a month now, nothing on Patreon, on SubscribeStar, on Twitter or Newgrounds either. What's the point of all these social accounts if you don't use any of them? If you need more time for the update, that's completely valid, I have no doubts the game will be great when it comes out but as paying customers I feel we deserve more transparency. At least tell us when there are delays instead of radio silence.
