Missed the #1 spot by a hair but had a good time getting to second place :) An actual leaderboard in a gamejam game is crazy.

Super polished, awesome entry.

Best implementation of waves as a mechanic I've seen so far. Some of the lilypads are glitchy and I think there could be a grace period for crocs to prevent them from coming up from the water the same instant you leap, but I beat all 4 levels. I liked the difficulty and the randomness. Good job!

The eraser does nuke the towers, yes, which I should warn people about in-game. Needing a tutorial has been the biggest critique, which I agree it really needs.

The lasers come out in the direction of the little red blip. So, if the little red blip is in the in the top-left, the lasers come out at the top-left.

Thanks for playing!

Got the true ending! Good game.

I liked the game. The graphics were cozy, and I really appreciated the tutorial. I was reminded of Papers, Please.

I think you should add a calendar or something, to show the player there's a final goal!

The giant amonguses chasing you are pretty scary. Definitely did not expect the land-based level. Fell into the void and had to use Task Manager to quit.

I'm getting the same issues as @aldoram5 and have the same feedback. It's an interesting concept!

Thank you so much for the well-thought out feedback, and thanks for playing. There is definitely a lot of halfbaked parts of the game, it turned into a rush job near the end (I got too much feature creep).

I'm impressed you got as far as you did, considering the frustrating parts!

Yes balance needs work. Yes, there should be tooltips for qualia and buffer in game. Yes, the way the shop blocks tower placement is very silly. Yes, a fast forward is a good idea. I will have to test if I accidentally broke regen somehow.

Thank you for playing! Honestly I'm impressed you gave it so many tries, with the lack of tutorial. I appreciate/agree with your feedback.

I found it interesting that the opponents kind of have two separate health bars. I thought that was cool.

I think you could improve the game with more opponent diversity and by rewarding the player for getting higher ascensions.

Fun game :)

I won with Tip Jars and a Torch buffed by Pencil.

Fun game: I really liked the graphics and how the secrets theme was added. I finished with a deck of mostly mid-cost rangers. I thought it was very creative!

Critiques: I think thinning your deck and getting $50 at the end of a round is very strong! It could've used a hard mode, as well, maybe.
