It's closer to compulsion, at least for me. It's like having a line of pencils and you have to make them all line up rather than haphazardly strewn across the desk. Or like alphabetizing a physical media collection. It scratches a particular itch for me to have all of my workers' numbers even, or at least as close as I can make them. For what it's worth, I'm referring to distributing Humans and SuperHumans, not whatever the factories are doing.

10/10
Just a sweet, spooky, cozy game. Loved the branching stories and folklore woven into the narrative. I romanced Jonah in the end, but it was a hard choice between him and Dagmara. I've been working on my own Twine game, and Ataraxia has inspired me to continue. I might've liked an option to decline the romances, for the acespec folks, but it was beautifully done nonetheless.
Thank you for a wonderful experience!
