Thanks for the quick reply. I was just asking because many games are ambiguous about whether genitals are covered under "feminisation" or whether it refers to everything except the genitals. It's not a problem.

My PC started with a penis. During a dream, they encountered a little vagina critter, and after that they had one in real life. Later, they encountered a little penis critter, which gave them a penis in the dream, but then they still had a vagina in real life. Are there particular rules for this interaction? Is it only one way? Is there something you need to do in the dream to make a genital change permanent?
