I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to unlock the first and third picture in Chapter 2's gallery. Any hints? Even a vague hint at this point would be helpful.
This game is, visually, probably the best Harry Potter VN out there. Unfortunately, it seems like you guys are milking it for everything it's worth without adding any substance. Charging your fans every step of the way for what feels like "Blueball Simulator the Game". It's 8 years old but it's all just teasing. There are barely any scenes of significance with the main cast. The only v*ginal scenes are with the house elf and McGonagal. I get that you made a phenomenal story that your proud of, and that you want your fans to care more about the story you're telling than about getting their rocks off, that's understandable. But it also seems like you're not actually trying to progress anything at all. That you're procrastinating the entire process in order to squeeze as much money as possible out of it before being forced to start something new. I remember a decent v*ginal scene with Daphne from years ago that got removed (I can't find hide nor hair of it) and replaced with a footjob scene (which only appeals to a small portion of fans). It seems like you're actively making the game take longer by removing the best parts so you can milk it as long as possible.
They used to have a decent v*ginal scene with the Slytherin girl, but they changed it to a nasty footjob scene instead. This happened years ago and now there's no way to find it or get it back.
While I'm happy a new update is coming out so soon after the last one, I'm sad that it's because a bunch of dudes who don't understand how hard coding a video game actually is complained about it.
As happy as I am to hear that season 2's opening is coming out soon, don't let all the negative nancies get to you. This is a free game, and I'm sure the reason you do that is because once you get paid for something, it becomes a job, and jobs suck. I would much rather have a longer release schedule with this level of excellence because you love your hobby; than have quicker releases with worse content because now you hate your obligatory job. Don't let the haters get to you.
P.S. If you want to know how a majority feel, just look at the downvote vs upvote numbers on the negative posts.
Not as much content as I was expecting, but definitely a good polish on what was previously made. Since Season 2 is set to come out "soon...ish", I'm assuming a 2027 release date and will go into hibernation until then.
I mean, it depends on the timezone and when they wake up, but I was literally just wandering around bored all day yesterday waiting for this to drop, and I doubt anything will change about that today
Can old scenes get added back as "non-canon" scenes? Because I understand that you're making the story better and they no longer fit, but the absolute best scene with Daphne (the third photo you're using to advertise the game) isn't in memories anymore and hasn't been there for a while. It's kinda bumming me out.
I don't know when you last played, but it got way better. The MC is still a horrible person, but he has a reason to be (not a good reason, since there aren't any real GOOD reasons for it, but at least A reason). He's also trying to be a better person in general. He's failing horribly, but he's trying, and you get more options to actually choose to be better. Also, some of the horrible stuff he did was literally due to possession, stuff like that. I don't know, I like the game, it actually makes you feel something and care about the characters.
I've been waiting and refreshing. I'm so happy there haven't been any dev logs or updates specifically so I could drop this meme with the canonical number. 🤣 Seriously though, this is the best game on Itch Io.

Captains log: It has been 12 days since the last devlog tantalized me with the message of "soon". I have rechecked the site 3,215 times to no avail. Supplies are running low, as is hope. This may be my last entry before the madness sets in.
Commenting here to say I love the game and feel like I'm dying inside as I wait for the update. Also, I didn't want the guy below me to have the comment on the top.
I keep coming back to this everyday, as though it's going to somehow magically change and say the update is ready. Like a man repeatedly opening his refrigerator because he thinks it's been magically restocked this time.
This game is so good I've been checking the page at least weekly for about 9 months now to see if there's any news. I was hyped for the February devlog and now I'm back to eternal waiting and check-ins. Seriously, this has to be my favorite game on Itch.io.
Well, so much for petite character models. Nagatoro's new model kinda works (even if it's still worse), but Megumin's model just looks weird. It's like water balloons were taped to her chest and it absolutely does not match the character model, nor does it match the original character. Some guys like itty bitty titties, some guys like mommy milkers, both are perfectly valid so long as they match the character.
I just discovered this and already can't wait for more. The comedy is peak KND comedy and you can tell that the devs are true fans in all the little ways. Like how nobody in the game actually swears because it's KND. I love it. 🤣
