Those are file types used in game engines like unreal so if you want to open them you could do that via an engine like unreal 

how do get it to work it appears in the game but when I play it no sounds comes out

In the new update there's a sandbox section in the tutorial and there's a terminal that works exactly like the console so yeah...

I don't think they meant for it to be a viable solution but just a cruel punishment for not eating much like in game when expie is depressed they could commit self harm like scratching their eyes as a punishment for the player 

in the game click on ~ and it will open up a console I believe the command is volume or audio set to 0 and i think it will mute the music it will turn off any other sounds so yeah :\

It's already a miss in keyboard imagine playing it on a touch screen it'll be a nightmare

And your character hates you 

I think in previous version it worked like that the character doing it itself

They're obviously playing on phone

Infection is really harsh but still you can heal it using appropriate items you need to used the items regularly rather than spamming it on the wound  

Yeah We didn't really think of the story that much
