I see. I would focus on figuring out how to get the x-ray glasses fast enough so you can prevent the fire. Once the fire has started, it's no use that you got the glasses.
But it's so inconveniently dark in the Aviary, right!? Well perhaps there's a way of lighting the Aviary without building the torch, which you can only get waaaay to late (making it impossible to prevent the fire).
And the stone... good that you figured it out, but if you don't save the Zoo and your home first, then what's the point in getting married?
