Thanks for your feedback and for playing! It is definitely a rough prototype in its current state.

I started with a much bigger idea, but there was no way I was getting there in time, so I had to pivot to a much smaller scope day 3 and settled on this. 

This was my first game jam, and I definitely wanted to deliver something small that worked instead of something bigger but broken.

Very creative! Part puzzle, part rhythm, great UI, easy to pick up, but surprisingly deep! Well done!

Super fun idea, unique & well executed! Y'all obviously put a lot of effort into the art, sound, voice acting, everything! Crazy good for 4 days! 

Had some browser performance issues on my side, but got through enough of it to get the idea. Well done!

Yeah, that and remapping were next on the list, I just ran out of time, unfortunately.

I managed to clear them all once but ran out of time to make it back to the exit! Feels like it could be doable with perfect execution.

Not this time, I used Claude to save time since I’m a solo dev. It’s effectively just a random walked depth first search over a 3 dimensioned graph.

I know it’s a bit controversial but I do believe AI as a coding tool has its place, and this was a good candidate for it, especially since it’s effectively a reproduction of algorithms I’ve written myself before.

If I were to take this idea any further I would certainly rewrite it myself with a lot more embellishments and refinements. 

I don’t like to use AI for stuff I haven’t done before, so I only used it for that and some simple additions on one other script that would have been tedious time consumers otherwise. I’d say 90-95% is all hand written.
