I'm crunching down on making health upgrades more difficult to get, I want taking damage to be more meaningful and I've offloaded regen to the Vampiric Link weapon now, so emergency button got nerfed, tooltip should reflect. Shield is 5 currently, although I think it makes more sense at 7. 10 is probably a bit much, 5 is just skipping an upgrade. Tooltips fixed, thanks for letting me know. Mouse only is a mislead but I also made the game so you could play it on your phone if you wanted by avoiding the movement upgrades and I want it to be a surprise when you unlock movement. Hard/Impossible will be rebalanced tomorrow.
turret megaupgrades should be mutually exclusive ya. I wonder if it would be cooler if they just blasted cryo shotguns and peas all at once. That’s probably truer to the spirit. Shotgun is probably best of the 3 ya which I think is fine.
I’ll take a look at impossible mode tomorrow. Oh yeah picks left is terrible I need to remove that.
Wall suction is goated just mess around with them more and you’ll see what I mean. With high health and electric fence they suck enemies in protect you and kill them. It doesn’t suck them into YOU. the tooltip could be clearer there.
Good iterating on one of the best games ever made. The end levels have this weird difficulty issue where it's super tedious and probably too easy with items but with Ascetic it's so insane that it requires a hundred restarts to get the proper starting RNG. Overall though a worthy and well-designed successor for people who want more Dragonsweeper.
