Hey!
I downloaded them both to attempt to replicate the issue. I had 0 issues.
Make sure you're unzipping the folder and replacing the files in /game not placing the zip in the folder.
If not, try reinstalling them both :)

Since no one has replied I thought I'd help you out here. Simply, it's not going to be on mobile - at least for a while.
Dan Salvato (The creator) made a blog post almost 2 years ago here: http://teamsalvato.com/blog/regarding-ddlc-on-mobile-devices/
He expresses his feelings for mobile ports and how he'd like to proceed in bringing the game to a mobile platform. It's definitely worth reading if you really want to get into the game.
