idk about you but what i did was earn money through the office and massage jobs and used the money to buy weapons from the professor. Visit the gym and work on your Agility, Strength, Endurance and talk to the Trainer ( black dude) to learn the 3 skills necessary to fight crime again. and after u learned the skills, go work in the office and an event will happen.
