Hey, thanks for playing the demo and for the feedback! I'm very happy with all the love that the demo has been getting :)

- I have a necromancer implemented in the game since very early, I decided to leave it out for now  as I thought it could feel repetitive if there were another skeleton related unit along with the Raise Dead spell and the few upgrades that makes skeletons spawn. But definitely adding him to the game at some point.
- A bard that buffs nearby heroes would be fun, with upgrades that adds more types of buffs.
- Tower upgrades is something I'm planning. I also have a couple of them implemented but decided to keep out of the demo for coesion, there was a lot going on already. The ones I have are some spikes around the tower that return damage and a lightning rod that casts thunderbolts every few seconds.
- Yeah, spells are so rare that you kind of leave them in the background and upgrade them only when its cheap. I want to implement some sort of choice that you have from time to time that shifts your build towards a unit or strategy. Like getting to choose a leader, and there's a leader that makes spells more powerful and more likely to appear, there's one that makes skeletons more interesting and so on. Not sure if this alone would solve the spell problem, but thanks for pointing that out.

It helps a lot reading feedback like this so I know what to focus on, my goal is that the full game is just as fresh and interesting as the demo. Thanks!

opa! maneiro que curtiu :) De fato não uso linkedin, me chama no discord jordyadan

That's a bold statement, I'm glad that you like it that much! There will be a lot more content coming to the demo and when it releases,. I want it to stay fresh for the whole playthrough

Hey! Thanks for the feedback. I have updated the demo and released it on steam with a overhaul of the gold economy, along with a new chapter and many improvements. Check it out!

Hey, thanks for the feedback. It's not a bug, and although auto-buy is still in the game, the gold economy has been reworked in this new update (along with a new chapter). Take a look!

Thanks! Check out the new chapter :)

Thanks! Check out the new chapter :)

Hey! Thanks for playing it. I'm not sure yet, I'm playing with the prestige system now - finding ways to keep it fresh. The third chapter was just added to the demo, along with many other improvements :)

Thanks for the feedback. In the update I just posted some of it was addressed. The gold economy was reworked, no more pack price increases, and many more changes (including a new chapter).

Might not be the case anymore? I just added the third chapter along with many improvements :)

Thanks for playing the game! It just got updated and the demo released on Steam!

Thanks for playing it! Now you can reach the end again - I just posted the third chapter along with many improvements :)

thanks! I'm excited to develop it further :)

Thanks for playing the demo :)

Thanks! I'm glad that you liked it :)

thanks :)

inflation is getting crazy these days

Kind of intended heheh

Just a spoiler of what's coming next :)

Cool ideas, I've experimented with structures for a while, but not a unit that builds them. It sounds interesting!

Thanks for the ideas and for playing the demo :)

lol, no idea on how that happened

Thanks for letting me know.

Hey, I'm glad to know that Cartographers inspired you to make games too! And with the Olexa video, I've been watching his content for years, it's really cool to know that he enjoys Cartographers.

I'm excited to play the next iterations of Claim thy Land, it's such a unique game :)

Super cool game! It's satisfying to plan your map and then watch it play itself. I liked that you can't reorder decrees after placing them, gave a new layer of strategy I didn't see in games like this before. Unlocking new units felt good and there's a lot of design space to explore. I would like to play a more developed version of this.

Hey David, I have some questions:

-The only way to get the extended versions of your songs is through your patreon?

- If I join and download the extended songs, will I have the rights to use them indefinetely in the game ?

A druid sounds great, they could even transform into different animals... It's just a matter of time until they get introduced to the game :p

Thanks for the feedback! That's a good point, they are almost the same price in chapter 2

Thanks for playing the demo! I listened to your music and its very good. However I didn't find any metal songs...

You're right, it gets harder. Just a quick way so people could keep playing it until chapter 3 gets released :)

you can find them in the pause menu (top right corner during the combat phase)

Definitely checking some of these out. Thanks!

Btw, that was added to the game

I'm thinking on how a mobile version could be implemented, so it might work better without a mouse in the future.

Thanks for playing the game :)

Ooooo, sorry about that. There's one upgrade locked behind something that you can't get in the demo yet. Whoops

Thanks for the feedback and for playing the demo :)

Glad to hear! Thanks for playing it

Glad to hear that! Thanks for playing the demo.

Yess, there will be more base unit upgrades as new mechanics are introduced.  In yesterday's update I've added a new squire upgrade that combos with the raise dead spell.

Thanks for playing ir and for the feedback!

Wow, I'm glad to hear that. Recommend a good one to me!

Thanks for playing the demo

yes, the plan is to have a steam page very soon. ive updated the game yesterday changing the color of the background so its easier to see. Thanks for playing it and for the feedback :)

Thanks!

That's a great idea, I've been struggling to find a solution to that pacing problem and never thought of this.

thanks!
