I have a few ideas for your game.
I agree with previous posts about game speed being implemented in some way.
At this moment there doesn't seem to be any benefits to have multiple unit types in your army.
Since the unit numbers are limited, it seems to be more beneficial to focus on one type and boost that as much as possible.
Perhaps it could be remedied with some kind of unit counters or having a different unit limit for each unit type?
I'd also like to see some implementation for unit formation, for example cone or arrow and line formations and whatnot.
More unit types obviously, but I assume that's already in the works.
Really excited about what's to come. Great work so far!
