Mac version does not work.

Please do not decide to buy this game if you want to play the Mac version. The downloads from itch.io do not work and even the launcher versions crash shortly after starting the game.

Another user has already pointed out these problems some time ago and the developers have written that they take care of it. They did not..

Could you finally fix the issues, or at least give us our money back?

Same problem here. And they still have not managed to fix the problems.
