Hi, I tried a first run, but what are the 'k' to remove in the game? 

My guess it's the crew or passengers, but there is no 'starting counter' value  or first roll to initialize it. Am i wrong?

I want to be sure of the dimension to avoid downsized squares tiles, 

Also  i'm curious about the 3-parts board making-off. ( because i think it could be of good use with my printer and adhesive paper, when one sheet of cardstock is not enough)

What should you do 

- on square '9', there is always a minus shield but no fight or dice roll? 

- on squares '5' and '7', there is no dice infos. It's an insta-kill from the traps ?
