can’t wait to play it again! Would love for you to check out our game if you haven’t already!

yeah I realised it was very much a skill issue on my part!

Hopefully this will get some more traction to rate our game. I just finished my several hour stint of rating everyone's game. Didn't leave comments on all of them, maybe around half, but hopefully we can get some ratings!

This was a really great game but i did get a buy where the orbs would spawn in a tree and i was unable to finish the game sometimes, but i really enjoyed it and the music was great!

This game wasn’t too bad and I had some fun playing it. I enjoy a good tower defense game, and this one was pretty fun to play. I also really liked the satirical nature of it, which added an extra layer of enjoyment. Overall, a solid and entertaining experience.

The concept of this game was interesting and overall it was fun to play. It would have been nice to have some audio cues for when to jump while focusing on the light, but that was probably just a skill issue on my part. Still, it was an enjoyable experience with a creative idea.

This game was very chill to play and not too complex. Getting certain upgrades made it pretty easy to complete by just standing in one spot and hitting the air, but overall it was an enjoyable experience and had a relaxing vibe.

I wasn’t able to play this game in the browser as it didn’t work for me at all, which was unfortunate because I was really looking forward to trying it out. Hopefully this can be fixed because the concept looks great and I’d love to give it a proper playthrough.

This game was really confusing at first and it took me way too long to figure out the mechanics. I only started to understand it after checking the game’s page, which ideally I was hoping would be explained inside the game rather than outside. It’s not horrible though, and with some in-game instructions it could be much more enjoyable.

This was an interesting game and I eventually got the hang of it, though having slightly larger collision areas would have made it feel smoother. Adding some audio could also make the experience more engaging, but overall it was a creative idea and enjoyable to try out.

Quite chill. Although i did spam left click and crashed my browser once haha

This game confused me haha

This game confused me haha

Reminded me of Stray, was pretty fun!

This game was pretty fun, even though it felt somewhat basic. Being able to kite the enemies and walk backwards with the light pointed at them was a clever way to complete the game. The mechanics were easy to pick up, and overall it was an enjoyable experience.

This game really reminded me of old-school Doom and was pretty fun. It was great running around and shooting some elves, though for some reason I couldn’t get the flashlight to work, but that was probably just a skill issue on my end. Overall, a cool concept and a fun throwback style.

I tried playing this game several times but couldn’t really figure out how to play. I wasn’t able to use any attacks or skills, and I’m not sure what went wrong. It seems like a cool concept, so adding some clear instructions or a quick tutorial would really help players get into it.

This game had a fun concept and was fast-paced and easy to learn. The only issue I noticed was that whenever I toggled the light or changed weapons, the game would stutter a bit, and I’m not sure what caused that. Aside from that, I really enjoyed playing and thought the overall design worked well.

This game was hard to understand, and having some visual indicators when interacting with objects would really help. Making a puzzle game for a game jam can be tough, so I appreciate the effort, but I struggled to figure out how to play and unfortunately don’t think I was able to experience it fully. Still, it’s a creative idea and with a bit more guidance it could be a lot more enjoyable.

Pinball themed gameplay with the floppy paddles was really fun, and the soundtrack was absolutely 10 out of 10 amazing. Overall, this was a great game to play and a really enjoyable experience.

At first I was pretty confused about how to play, but it eventually got better and wasn’t too bad. The pixel art was cute and enjoyable, and I really liked the 8-bit music. The game itself wasn’t as enjoyable for me personally, but that’s not to say it wasn’t enjoyable overall, it had a cozy feel to it.

This was a very simple but effective game. The only downside was that after the first playthrough it became much easier, and the extra gameplay mostly came from getting faster and faster. Still, it was fun and had a nice straightforward design that worked well.

This game was super intriguing, but unfortunately I couldn’t really play it properly on my system. It’s the only game I’ve had issues with, and while the frame rate seemed okay, the game kept jumping around a lot, which was strange for this type of game. I was really hoping to play more, but whatever was happening—whether it was a bug or something else, made it too jittery to enjoy. Hopefully that can be fixed because it looks like a great concept.

This game wasn’t too bad and I liked being able to ring each bell a couple of times to grab those sneaky extra points in theory. It was a simple but enjoyable experience overall.

This game wasn’t too bad and I really liked how a new mechanic was introduced each time you went through a chimney, which made it quite enjoyable. It would have been helpful to have a prompt explaining the new mechanic at each level because most of the time I failed the first attempt simply not knowing what was coming. Overall though, it was a fun 2D game and I really liked the Super Mario-inspired elements.

This was a cute game and it took me longer than it should have to realize I needed to use the arrow keys instead of WASD, but once I figured that out I enjoyed it. I think the light theme was a bit missing, though the bells worked well as the special object. Overall, it was a cute little 2D platformer, a bit more difficult than I’d prefer, but still an enjoyable experience.

This game was pretty fun as a 2D platformer. I did struggle with the controls at first, but once I figured out the mechanics it became a lot more enjoyable. A bit more information or a small tutorial level before jumping straight in would have made the experience smoother, but overall it’s a quite enjoyable side-scrolling game.

This game wasn’t too bad and, as others have mentioned, it starts off a little slow, but once you get into it the gameplay becomes fun. It just takes a bit of time to figure things out since there aren’t any instructions on how to play, so adding a quick tutorial or some guidance could really help. Overall though, it’s an enjoyable experience once you get the hang of it.

This game had a really cool concept and was a lot of fun to play. The theme implementation and special object worked really well, the art style looked great, and the music added a nice touch to the experience. Overall, this was just a really enjoyable and well-made game.

This game wasn’t too bad and while it was a little tricky at the start, I managed to get the hang of it and enjoyed playing. The only thing I didn’t really notice was a strong Christmas theme throughout, so maybe that could be emphasized a bit more. Overall though, it was a solid effort and fun once you got into it.

This game had a really cute art style and the gameplay was quite challenging, but it was fun running around trapping enemies and ringing the bells once all the lights were on. I did enjoy it, even though it was very challenging, and I think that difficulty adds to the sense of accomplishment when you figure it out.

I had to play this one a few times because if you picked up the same present twice, which I did by accident, you couldn’t complete the game since it had already been delivered and wouldn’t accept a new one. So you need to be careful to avoid presents that respawn on themselves. Aside from that, it was cute with some nice music, and while the camera movement felt a little unusual compared to most games, it was still a fun idea overall.

This game had a really cute art style and once I figured out what I was doing it was very easy to finish, maybe around two minutes or even less. It was a fun experience with great music and I especially loved the ending soundtrack. Overall, a short but enjoyable game with a charming presentation.

This game was pretty cool and I really liked the sprite work, the audio was decent too. The only thing that threw me off was how the screen went completely black whenever you moved. I get that it’s part of the mechanic, but maybe keeping a small lit radius around the player would make it easier to navigate because it was tough to do much when everything went dark. Overall though, great concept and I think with a few tweaks it could be even more fun to play.

This game was nice and chill to play, it felt like a cosy Christmas tower defense experience. I did find some of the aiming mechanics were a little off, Santa didn’t always aim where the cursor was pointing, but overall it was a nice, fun, cosy tower defense game with a solid Christmas vibe.

This game wasn’t too bad, it honestly reminded me of Mario 64, like the penguin sledding minigame. It was a little touchy, but still somewhat fun to play, and the visuals, audio, and mechanics were all nice. I could definitely see this being pushed further into a more fleshed out game with a bit more depth.

The crafting is very interesting. Is it not... Am I not doing it right? I'm very confused. It's not very clear on how to play.

This game started off really fun, I liked the intro and the art style, it’s nice and pixelated with a cool retro feel. It did take me a really long time to understand what I needed to do with the crafting though, and I think a bit more instruction would really help here. I like the crafting mechanic itself, I just struggled to figure out what I was meant to do, so something like a recipe book or clearer guidance could make a big difference.

This one took me a bit to figure out, at first I didn’t really know what I was doing, I was just clicking around until it started to make sense, then I realised I was connecting the Christmas lights and things finally clicked from there.

The movement feels very touchy, you get hit really hard, at least that’s what it looks like, and there’s a lot of dying because of it. This is actually really hard, like very hard to finish, I kept getting bumped off every single time I got close to the end, which was pretty frustrating. That said, I really liked the sprite work, the characters, and the attack animations, they all looked great and had a lot of personality.
