One suggestion: for balancing purposes, I think I might recommend having a 3 lives system instead of instantly dying on a mistake.
Anyways, I love this game and the mechanics of it, it is very cool.

Also here are some minor suggestions: Keep the paddle from being able to slide off screen, and I would decrease the speed of the ball.
