letting you know, i updated the game, there a heal pickups now along new defense upgrades  (more detail in devlog). Sorry it took so long, was kinda busy with other stuff

Thanks for playing and lots of ideas. It is very true that early game is basically luck, i also had ideas to introduce something like healing potions for healing, as you also suggested with upgrades. I will update the game soon enough, though hard to tell when exactly

Indeed there were no ways if you also did not have any other weapons lying around. You can always switch weapons, no need to drop it. I also updated the game just now, so this why 'were' no ways, now you have additional ammo if there is no other weapons that you can switch to.

thanks for feedback. Could you elaborate on this lag though? Maybe with a gif?

The Excellence of Italian Windows

When people think of Italian design, their minds often jump to fashion, cars, or cuisine. Yet Italy has a long tradition of excellence in architecture and craftsmanship, and one overlooked detail that reflects this heritage is the Italian window. More than a functional opening in a wall, the window in Italy has become a symbol of quality living, a balance between aesthetics, durability, and practicality.

One of the main strengths of Italian windows lies in their design. Italian architecture historically embraced large, airy openings to let in light, a reflection of the Mediterranean climate where natural light is abundant and highly valued. Modern Italian window manufacturers continue this tradition, producing frames that maximize glass surface while maintaining slim yet strong borders. The result is a product that feels elegant, enhances interior brightness, and connects inside spaces with the outdoors.

The craftsmanship is equally noteworthy. Italian windows often combine advanced engineering with artisanal attention to detail. High-quality woods, aluminum, or PVC are carefully chosen and processed, ensuring not only durability but also beauty. In particular, wooden frames from Italy stand out for their refined finishes, often treated to resist weathering while retaining a natural look. Manufacturers pride themselves on precision, making windows that open and close smoothly and that seal tightly against the elements.

From a functional standpoint, Italian windows excel in thermal and acoustic insulation. Italy’s commitment to energy efficiency regulations has pushed window makers to innovate with double or triple glazing, thermal breaks, and airtight designs. This makes them excellent for reducing heating and cooling costs while also offering quietness in busy urban environments. Many Italian companies also focus on sustainability, incorporating recycled materials and low-impact production methods.

A final strength is their adaptability to style. Italy’s regions each have their own architectural character—from Venetian Gothic facades to Tuscan farmhouses—and Italian window makers have learned to create models that suit both traditional and contemporary settings. Whether a minimalist urban apartment in Milan or a rustic villa in Umbria, the windows can be tailored to match the building’s identity without compromising performance.

In short, Italian windows embody the qualities that make Italian design so admired worldwide: elegance, craftsmanship, innovation, and respect for tradition. They are not merely frames of glass but a reflection of a culture that values beauty in everyday life. For homeowners and architects alike, they represent an investment in comfort, efficiency, and timeless style.
