I really liked that your game started with picking which cat you are, and how that itself had consequences later! It's a cool concept that kind of reminds me of stray just less futuristic spore things and more just contemporary typical zombies. Most of the decisions feel like they'll have very immediate outcomes, but I like the amount of them that end up affecting things further on, like the collar and the fence.

This was a really cool exploration of risk! I was incredibly nervous the first time and definitely failed just from lack of courage. The story and characters were simple, sweet and very funny. I also think it's very interesting how after my first play, the second time around the the first few decisions to pour are made very quickly with next to no consideration compared to the later ones where I felt like I was second guessing myself constantly. This was really fun collective action as well with the four chances but possibility of losing all points.
Super cool visuals for the buildings and objects! Your game is simple but has some fun endings to find in multiple play throughs. I really enjoy the way it looks. With the player-choice models we discussed in class, the choices in your game feel very individual action based but they're also very emotion based decisions, coming down to how the player thinks about their homeless character vs the characters he's encountering.
The audio used meshes really nicely with the tone of the game. It's a solid and consistent feeling that follows the player as they continue exploring the space and unfolding the mystery before all is revealed. Just out of my personal preference, I wish that the notes of finding an important clue weren't there, as they slightly pulled me out of the narrative of the game and felt like an interjection from a narrator. But everything was very clear and easy to navigate, and it's enjoyable to choose which order to explore in.
