I originally was launching it without mods, also tried with them a few times but it didn't worked out as well. I even deleted the whole ModScripts folder but the result was the same.

I've tried quite a lot of stuff from readme.txt, redownloading, turning off antivirus, ResetRMsetting.reg and etc. and all of that didn't helped me at all.
There was a single time when I actually played this game normally, but I was in need to restart it so after a restart, this was happening over and over again.
Also when I tried to ResetRMsetting.reg, this error also started to appear (picture 2)
