Amazing work, I've added a lot of your sounds to DROP LOOT and gave you credit: https://johnreno.itch.io/droploot

Some updates for anyone who's been playing - thanks for reading!
New card in the deck: 🌶️ HOT SAUCE.
- Tucked into each player's deck at the same drop rate as bombs (3 per 38-card deck, ~8%).
- Place on a meat tile (ham or tuna), and it flips that tile to the other meat. Place it anywhere else and you waste it.
- FishBot uses hot sauce strategically. It sees hot sauce coming and plays more defensively when you're holding a hot sauce.
New art: All of the old artwork and the new hot sauce bottle was reworked and hand drawn by Giada Tumino. Grazie!
Hi everyone!
Just released DROP LOOT, a falling-block puzzle roguelike with a particle system that got completely out of hand.

Think Puyo Puyo with a dungeon underneath and a sandbox underneath that. Match tiles to slay monsters, defeat bosses, pick passive powers, and descend deeper. Every run is a different build.
The particle system is the part I'm proudest of. Three independent particle canvases running in parallel, eight reactive particle kinds with Noita-style elemental cross-reactions: fire ignites blood, water douses fire into steam, lightning arcs through wet tiles, slime corrodes red gore into mud. Kills explode, the gore stays where it lands for the rest of the run, and a boss kill ignites every blood splatter in a distance-staggered chain.
Features:
- Noita-style particle reactions across eight elemental kinds
- Passive powers that synergise into combos and chains
- Bosses that change the rules
- Shops with build-defining upgrades
- Hand-drawn pixel art throughout (still WIP on some animations)
Roadmap:
- More enemies and bosses
- More passive powers and synergies
- iOS, Android and Steam releases (if there's any interest)

Give it a go (or just mess with the particles on the title screen) and let me know what you think!
Super cute icons, I used some of the wall tiles and animated them for my game: https://johnreno.itch.io/droploot
Thank you so much!
Your music is wonderful, and I've selected three tracks for players to choose from in my game: https://johnreno.itch.io/droploot
You have amazing talent and your music sets a great tone. Thank you!
