I'm stuck on a bunch of these miscellaneous scenes, what characters do I have to progress on to unlock them?

Where is Lyx in act 3? I've looked through the comments and tried what they say but nothing. The hint is giving me no help and I'm just stuck on this. Claire also has not appeared after the bridge event. 

Sorry to bother, but there is a bug since the last version where two of Power's scenes are gone if you choose to skip content.
