Go to your most recent save file, and start playing it. Ince its in, open the menu, but dont go to the main menu yet. There will be a button that says "Upload Sync". It should be under the patreon and options button. Click on it, and wait a few seconds. Then once it gives you a code, write it down, and then you have it.

What i did, was upload a sync, wrote the code down, uninstalled the app, and just reinstalled it from the 0.4.6 download file. From there, i just downloaded the sync (from the button on the main menu), input my sync code, and it seemed to work perfectly.
While its a bit time consuming, (and with the full game being around 2Gb, slightly aggressive with data) it wasn't too much of a hassle to do.
Just remember, when you upload your sync, the code is only valid for an hour. If you wait longer than that to download your sync, it will not work. But if you did it in time, all your saves will be perfectly fine. Hope this helps. Cheers
