And before you fire off the whole spiel about patreon  and whatnot, not everyone has the time to check every separate patreon of every dev they follow so a monthly or two-monthly  update or progress report would be appreciated.

People asked for an update over a year ago without any reply so it's pretty normal to assume it's either on hiatus or abandoned is it not?
