Both actually. I can't get neither one to activate. I've tried talking to her on Saturday, staying at home and even when I speak to her at home nothing happens. I don't know how to progress.

Once you get the mission to meet Minami on a Saturday afternoon at the house (Siscon max of 40) There is no way to activate it. I've pretty much tried everything. I looked online and some people said its glitched out. Is there a way to fix this? Or am I doing something wrong.
