how do you get to the penguin, I have both the bags, the fishing rod, and I'm fishing a lot. I read one other the other comments and it says something about a double jump??? how do you get that?

honestly, best celeste boss i've played, I was not expecting it, and it had a good use of the mechanics, and a good difficulty. but it wasn't overly painful and annoying like Hollow celeste

I accidentally softlocked myself by entering the dracula's room and then exiting before the cutscene could trigger, the cutscene triggered while I was outside the room and now I can't get back into it
