Hey, I just started, and I'm a bit confused about something. We're told that the operation in al-Zahira was twenty years ago. Olivia was there. But the character sheet lists Olivia's age as "32". What gives? Obviously Olivia wasn't a special forces operative at 12. Is this just a mistake or am I missing something?

IIRC, it is primarily because of the copyright issues with the Renpy engine.

That is a bummer! Your choice in how you want to make the game, of course, but I hope you will reconsider, even if only as endgame/epilogue content.
