He asked if the game will have certain fetishes or not. You didn't answer, which some developers refuse to answer these questions because they want to bait people into supporting them and then add in content like NTR/Sharing/Swinging later. So he, and many others, will want to know if you want to add that stuff or not before they try to play the game at all.
And as the developer it is a good idea to know what fetishes you are willing, or going, to have. For example, if someone asked if bestiality or scat would be added, you would probably be able to answer right away. The same ought to be true of NTR/Sharing/Swinging. Do you have plans to add that type of content into the game or not? It is a simple question.
And answering with a plain yes or no doesn't spoil anything. If the answer is yes then players who enjoy that would still not know how you plan to add it in or what characters it will be applied to. And if the answer is no, you could still have stakes and such, as there are lots of other things that could be used to build tension or suspense.
Edit: And if you don't know the answer yet, say that. You haven't decided. Though I would advice deciding quickly and not dragging it out, since again, many devs do this as a deceptive tactic to try to bait people into supporting the game before they add in those fetishes, which is what he meant when he said that bit about lying about content being against itch's TOS.

Happy to see harem, but I do have a question about future fetish content if I may ask. After "Is this a harem," the main question for me always comes down to this: Will the Main Character be the only one having sex, on or off screen, especially with girls who are, or can be, love interests? Not only do I hate NTR and Sharing, but voyeurism (as in watching other people bang, spying on girls can be fine), and even hearing about, or it being alluded to the girls fucking other guys is also a huge turnoff for me, especially if it involves love interests. Especially need to ask this because I heard from another player that there is a scene of another guy on the ship walking around with a boner and possible going into one of the girl's rooms? So is this a situation where the Mc is coming into a situation where there is already a guy banging all (or many of) the girls on the ship and the Mc can just "take over" some other guy's used up harem?
Just for me personally, my top three favorite tags are harem, pregnancy, and incest. I'll play games without pregnancy and incest but I only play harems so you've already got a big plus mark for if you're game is on my "to play" radar with confirmed harem, but more information is always welcome.

I read what you replied to Vortex, and I take it to mean there is nothing to worry about. Since you will only choose to implement suggestion you like and you've ruled out NTR already that it won't be showing up even if people ask for it.
Oof, never a good idea to leave story and fetish content up to anyone else. You should know the audience you want to court and then make the game that suits that group and still upholds your vision. Games and other stories made by committee almost never end up well. I have no doubt there are a bunch of thing you have ruled out 100%, like will you leave the inclusion of necrophilia up to supporters? NTR ought to be treated the same. Unless it is what you want, in which case please just say so now.
Harem and NTR don't mix, you say you want a harem story. So, I'd recommend you make that game since you have clearly said it will be in the game. No need to mix two fetishes that are polar opposite and drive away the players that want the genre you have already planned to include.
Just a bit of food for thought: While NTR is often considered by westerns to only be a current love interest cheating on the Mc it should be noted that in Japan and for most people who dislike it, NTR includes NTR adjacent content as well as all the "Not technically NTR," content that some try to slip in such as flashback or "Not love interests yet," where girls bang other guys. None of that type of stuff adds to a game that isn't an NTR focused game. Some even consider lesbian stuff if the player (not just the Mc but the player as well) gives full consent.
Working on two games of the quality of these two can't be easy. My Bully is My Lover and Life Changing Choices are both great. Are you planning to stagger the releases of the content for each game or are you focusing on one over the other? And any update on when the next chapter may be coming out for LCC?
Thanks for the reply! I'm sure I'll enjoy the next chapter. Again, kudos on making me go from wanting to just scorched earth all the Acarhyn to actually caring about them. Rahia, included, to the point where I keep going back and forth on if I should go solo for the hunt or partner with the warriors as my main play through. You really made the warrior women interesting and got me to like them... except Erylin, I still want to see her get her comeuppance (aka justice from the barrel of my rifle). But who knows, with the quality of character building and story telling you have I may end up finally having a turn for her as well... doubt it, but we'll see.
So I played v0.11 the day it came out and was just doing another run from the very beginning of the game while I was sitting here bored and tweaking some of my choices and there was one thing I really wish I could do. That's to take Caese with us on our escape. A couple of months ago you commented on another post of mine about potentially revisiting some characters and I really hope she's one we aren't leaving behind for good. I don't expect a solid answer. I'm not asking for spoilers or anything, but I really felt like she was s such a strong character. And the bond she had with Nadya along with what happened in the cave, it made it feel like she would totally be down to run with us if we could have asked. It's a testament to how much I enjoy this game that I care even this much about so many side characters. It hasn't even been a month yet and I'm already feeling the wait.
Seems to me like you may not have played much of the game. Your problem is that the MC doesn't start out perfect but has an actual character arch and growth which is rare in these types of games. That's just odd to me. Not to mention you can kind of pick if he is a dick to people or not even in the early game, so there's that too...
And you other big issue, of him sort of owning a slave while having a problem with it, is literally brought up in the game in the latest update depending on how you play the MC.
I find it ironic.... one might say, hypocritical, to criticize the game for having a character with flaws that has to grow, when removing those flaws turns him into the carbon copy "perfect" MC most "fap games," as you put it, have.
This game was great. I enjoyed pretty much every minute of it, and more than once it had be laughing so much I had to take a moment to catch my breath. It has a great balance of humor, suspense, romance, and lewd stuff. The only thing I wish it had was a bit more after the end, but that doesn't mean I wasn't happy with the ending I got so it still gets 5 stars from me. While I'm looking forward to trying Eternum (and any other future projects of yours) I would love to be able to return to these characters in some kind of part two... a fan can dream...

So far this game is amazing, one of the best VN I've played. So much effort and care is going into this game that it is worth a try and when completed worth giving some coin to (and if you have the cash to spare even tossing a coin or two to your witcher... I mean developer is worth it). If it ends up half as good as Sisterly Lust (probably *the* best VN I've played) it'll be really good. And Perverteer has the fact that they finished one VN as a badge of honor in my mind. So many VN's end up rushed at best or unfinished with only a "season 1" or something and a bunch of people who got duped.
Question if I may: any plans to release the finished product on Steam with Achievements?
One thing story-wise I hope for is some follow up and fallout from our lengthy "involuntary confinement" and all the... *cough* actions *cough* we took with ladies before hand... wink wink, nudge nudge... get what I'm saying?
Maybe the single best VN game I have played. A perfect balance between everything a game like this should have, comedy, romance, lewd stuff, and it hits the fetishes I enjoy the most (and even a few I was surprised didn't bother me as much I thought they might). I had to put in the effort so I could get that sweet two soccer teams ending and achievement on Steam. No BS, I legitimately got emotional at the end during the proposals. Well worth the money and I can't wait for Tale from the Unending Void to be done as it is so far just as good. As far as not having music, literally just open an app or something and play what you want. I had orchestral music in the background and it worked perfectly.
